Complaint & Withdrawal

Complaints:

Complaints cannot be considered if the delivery attempt was unsuccessful and the customer was not at home or could not be reached. A complaint must be reported no later than 3 hours after arrival! Complaints submitted later will not be accepted!! A complaint is only possible with meaningful photos of the animal on which the damage can be clearly identified. Right of Withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

  • for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded; this also applies to live animals.
  • for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may:

or inform us by means of a clear declaration, for example a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form enclosed with the shipment for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You must return or hand over the goods to Josef Schober, 3713 Matzelsdorf 28, without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

End of Withdrawal Instructions

EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are made according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, audio and video recordings or computer software delivered in sealed packaging, provided that their seal has been removed after delivery, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery.
