Complaint

Complaints can not be considered if the delivery attempt was not successful and the customer was not at home or could not be reached.

A complaint must be announced no later than 3 hours after arrival! Later complaints will not be accepted!


A complaint is only possible with meaningful pictures of the animal on which the damage is clearly recognizable.
