The animals are packed in Styrofoam boxes with an outer cardboard box and heat/cool packs.

Shipping is carried out via Overnight Express.

Shipping to Other Countries

Shipments to France and Denmark are sent via UPS Express.
(We do not guarantee live arrival in case of delays caused by UPS.)

Shipping Days

Shipping days are Monday to Thursday, except on public holidays.

Delivery Times

Delivery within Austria, Germany, and the Netherlands takes place within 3–5 days.
Delivery always occurs on the day following the shipping date.

For advance payment (bank transfer), the delivery period begins after receipt of payment.

Important Notice

If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery of a package containing live animals, any guarantee and claim for replacement automatically become void.
